Does query_params() only run once on
Does query_params() only run once on session initialization? It doesn't appear responsive to changes I do, so if I add a query param and refresh, it doesn't change what the query_params() function returns

can you include a minimal repo? it works like
mo.state (if you want to dive into the docs), but it should cause cell updates for all cells except the cell that emits that state change
