Format all cells
It seems like "format all cells" doesn't work.
Also, the command palette does not remember "cell > format cell" as a frequent command.
A little annoying, as it's one of my most often used.

Maybe you’d like the setting Format on Save?
Oh I forgot there's a shortcut for format current cell, so I'm good
But format all cells seems bugged
